Repetitive strain injury (RSI) is typically caused by rapid, repeated use of muscles and joints. Numbness, tingling, burning sensation with, swelling, and aching pain are very common symptoms. Carpel tunnel syndrome, Golfer’s elbow, Tennis elbow and Rotator cuff injuries are examples.
