Desk Stretches

Sitting at a computer for long periods of time often causes neck and shoulder stiffness and occasionally lower back pain. Do these stretches often throughout the day or when ever you get tired.

  • Please do not attempt any of these unless you have been prescribed by a Registered Physiotherapist or Chiropractor to do so.
  • If you experience discomfort or pain by doing any of these exercises, please stop immediately and consult your therapist.
